I wish I could tell you that it gets easier, but I can't. It's been 12 years, and I miss my Mama everyday. I will pray for God grants you strength and peace.
Two beautiful ladies and their love for each other is more than evident. Your mom's love lives through you each day. I pray that the wonderful memories make the pain bearable for you. xxoo
:-( I've not had to go through this myself, Viv, but my man has. I know he tells me often that he misses his mom and dad both. He often feels sad and sometimes angry that his parents didn't get to see his children. I know the pain doesn't go away, but you do have wonderful memories to hold on to. I hope that they help you to muddle through it all and know that your mom is with you in spirit always. Hugs, my friend!
Having been through it, I can tell you it gets easier. Well, not always easier, but different. And as you know, there is nothing that can break the bond of a mother and child, so she is always with you. My heart goes out to you. She must have been truly amazing to raise such a beautiful and gifted daughter. HUGS!
